Our precision capabilities vary by process: Laser cutting accuracy of ±0.1mm with no secondary processing required. CNC machining precision up to ±0.01mm for carriers and fixtures. Inspection gauges can achieve ±0.005mm precision. All processes follow ISO 9001:2015 and GB/T 1804 standards.

Shipping & Logistics
The export packaging adopts rust-proof film + wooden pallets (customizable). For precision parts, additional shock-absorbing foam or wooden cases will be added. Yes, we can assist in arranging logistics and offer various shipping terms including DDP, FOB, and CIF. Our cooperative freight forwarders cover major ports worldwide (such as Rotterdam, Los Angeles, Hamburg, etc.), and the logistics timelines are transparent and trackable. Sea freight typically takes 20-30 days to US/EU, while air freight takes 3-7 days for samples.
For EU orders, 20% VAT is typically applicable. US orders may have customs duties based on HS code classification.
